• Marketing materials (e.g., advertisements, social media posts)
• Digital media (e.g., websites, digital art)

2.2. License Restrictions

• Resale and Redistribution: Users are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the renders as their own work or as part of any collection.
• Exclusive Use: The license is exclusive to the purchaser, meaning renders cannot be shared, transferred, or made available to others.
• Prohibited Uses: Users are strictly prohibited from uploading the renders to any Generative AI image generator or any platform that allows the creation of derivative works based on the renders.

2.3. Intellectual Property

All renders provided by The Render Shop remain the intellectual property of the original creator. Users are purchasing a license to use the renders, not ownership of the renders themselves. 

2.4. Termination of License

The Render Shop reserves the right to terminate the license granted to any user who violates these terms. Upon termination, the user must cease all use of the renders and destroy any copies in their possession.

2.5. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify The Render Shop from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the renders. This includes legal fees and costs incurred in defense against any third-party claims.

3. Vendor Terms

3.1. Registration and Account

Vendors must register for an account to list their renders on The Render Shop. During registration, vendors must provide accurate and complete information. Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

3.2. Listing and Sales

• Listing Accuracy: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate and complete, and ensuring the quality and resolution of the renders.
• Compliance: Vendors must ensure that their renders comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Render Shop reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

3.3. Payments and Fees

• Commission and Fees: The Render Shop takes a 20% commission on all sales made through the platform. Additionally, a £0.23 per transaction fee is applied.
• Withdrawal Threshold: Vendors can request a withdrawal of their earnings once they have accumulated $50 in sales.
• Payment Method: Withdrawals are processed via direct deposit. Vendors must provide accurate banking information to receive payments.

3.4. Intellectual Property and Licensing

• Rights Retention: Vendors retain the intellectual property rights to their renders. By listing renders on The Render Shop, vendors grant users a license to use the renders as described in Section 2.
• Exclusive Licensing: Vendors must ensure that the renders listed on The Render Shop are not made available for sale elsewhere, other than on their own website.

3.5. Termination of Account

The Render Shop reserves the right to terminate or suspend a vendor’s account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

3.6. Indemnification

Vendors agree to indemnify The Render Shop from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their listings or the sale of their renders. This includes legal fees and costs incurred in defense against any third-party claims.
