Vendor Terms and Conditions for The Render Shop

Welcome to The Render Shop! Before you start uploading and selling your 3D renders, please the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Intellectual Property and Rights

1.1. Originality and Rights: By uploading your renders to The Render Shop, you confirm that you are the creator of the renders and that you hold all necessary rights to sell them. Your renders must not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights.

1.2. Ownership: You retain ownership of your renders. However, by uploading them to The Render Shop, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, market, and sell your renders according to our standard licensing terms.

2. Licensing and Exclusivity

2.1. Standard Licensing: All renders uploaded to The Render Shop will be sold under our standard licensing terms. You agree to these terms and conditions when selling your renders through our platform.

2.2. Exclusive Distribution: While you may sell your renders on your own website, any renders uploaded to The Render Shop must not be available on other stock sites, including but not limited to Depositphotos, Shutterstock, and Adobe Stock.

3. Content Restrictions

3.1. 3D Renders Only: The Render Shop only accepts 3D renders. No other types of stock content are allowed on our platform.

3.2. No AI Policy: We have a strictly no AI policy. Renders created or manipulated using AI, including post-render alterations, are not permitted.

3.3. Safe for Work: All content must be safe for work. We do not allow pornographic, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

4.1. Account Management: As a vendor, it is your responsibility to upload your stock, maintain your shop, and handle customer inquiries.

4.2. Notice of Termination: If you decide to close your shop on The Render Shop, you must provide us with one calendar month’s notice.

5. Compliance and Enforcement

5.1. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to your use of The Render Shop.

5.2. Breach of Terms: If you breach any of these terms, The Render Shop reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include removing your content, suspending or terminating your account, and pursuing any legal remedies available to us.

By uploading your renders to The Render Shop, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and you will be notified of any significant changes. Your continued use of The Render Shop after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
